Changes to School Supplies Policy for 2017-2018

Hello Fox Families,

In an effort to simplify the process of purchasing student supplies at the beginning of the school year, we are going to try a new system for 2017-18. We (Fox Elementary) are asking for a donation, with which we will purchase all needed items for your child or children's classroom before the start of next year. This means that you will not need to go out and purchase supplies from a grade-level supply list this summer, or provide items from a supplementary classroom list or individual teacher "wish list" when we start back to school in the Fall. Simply donate $50 per student attending Fox this coming fall, and we will do the rest.

We are hoping that this will alleviate multiple trips to the store for all of our families and provide the specific materials each teacher and student will need for his or her particular class. Please print the attached form and drop off at the office or give to your classroom teacher prior to the last day of school.

If you have any questions please let us know and as always thank you for your support of Fox Elementary.

When you go to do your Amazon shopping, please use the SchoolForce Amazon Link. This will bring you to Amazon through our advertising portal. It will not change the price of items in your cart, but it will earn our school district up to 10% on your purchases...and it doesn’t cost you or us anything!

Volunteering at Fox: Getting Started

We are grateful for your interest in volunteering at Fox.  We welcome all parents, grandparents, and guardians into our classrooms and school.  The volunteer clearance process has recently been changed by the school district.

Start your volunteer authorization process by completing the School District's required Volunteer Form by clicking on the Formstack link below (STEP ONE). This form indicates to the district your interest in volunteering.  Next, visit the district webpage to determine the level of clearance you are seeking - Clearance Level is determined by the type of volunteer work you will be doing.  Print the required paperwork from the district webpage, and submit the completed forms to the school office.

1.)  STEP ONE - Complete District Volunteer Form:

2.) STEP TWO - Determine Which Level of Clearance you Require (Level I, II, or III)

3.) STEP THREE - Print the Forms for the Required Tests (TB, Fingerprinting, and/or Vehicle)

4.) STEP FOUR - Complete any Required Tests and Submit Paperwork to the School Office

If you would like to read up on the procedures before submitting the District Form, additional information regarding volunteer clearance can be found at both the District's website and here on our Fox website:
